Are you a detail oriented, proactive team player with a passion for finance and client service? Join redalpine as an Investor Relations Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of venture capital. We are looking for someone to start in September for a 6-month, full-time internship, where you'll be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team working closely with our investor relations, marketing, communication, and investment professionals.
In this role, you will help strengthen investor relationships, manage key touchpoints across the investor lifecycle, and support communication and engagement initiatives.
Client Service & Relationship Management
Ensure a high-quality investor service experience across all touchpoints.
Coordinate responses to investor inquiries, including complex questions in collaboration with internal experts.
Manage deliverables, client presentations, and ad hoc projects to enhance client servicing.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client and maintain a consistent investor experience.
Client Engagement & Communications
Draft and refine investor materials, pitch decks, and client updates.
Support responses to client requests and provide performance updates.
Maintain and update CRM systems, assist with data reporting and sales enablement tools.
Organize investor meetings, RFPs, webinars, and events.
Investor Onboarding & Lifecycle
Support onboarding processes including KYC and Due Diligence in coordination with legal and fund administrators.
Assist in ongoing investor lifecycle activities, such as document reviews, investor changes, and transfer processes.
Market & Process Insights
Monitor competitor offerings to position redalpine effectively.
Participate in initiatives to enhance the investor experience and improve internal processes.
