Role Description The Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Office. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes across the firm, including building and implementing AI workflows across the organization, working cross-functionally within the firm with the investment team and operations team, supporting operational and administrative workloads, and aiding in the IT workload internally.

  • Qualified applicants will have a portfolio of AI tools, applications, or projects either through hobby or work-related endeavors.

  • Qualified applicants will have familiarity with AI implementing and forward-deployed efforts for AI system integration

  • Qualified applicants should have an interest in venture capital, high-growth technology startups, AI, or similar ecosystems.

  • Qualified candidates will be local to the Los Angeles area and understand that the role is in-person in the Los Angeles office.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.

  • Solid finance and accounting skills, with the ability to work with financial statements, fund reporting, and budgeting.

  • Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Customer service mindset, with the ability to support investor and partner requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics or BI tools is a plus.

  • Prior experience in venture capital, startup operations, or other related fields is preferred.
