We are seeking a product management leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for one of our portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in building enterprise-grade products who understands the intricacies of scaling them and can bring clarity, energy, and discipline to a high-growth environment. The individual will be responsible for taking ownership of the product journey, ensuring product excellence, fostering deep client engagement, and developing scalable product systems that deliver tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define both short-term and long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs to fuel growth.
- Deeply engage with clients to understand their workflows, identify adjacent product opportunities, and translate insights into impactful solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and product execution.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish success metrics and frameworks that evaluate adoption, business impact, and market differentiation.
- Leverage analytics, user feedback, and market insights to continuously optimize product performance.
- Act as a key voice of the customer and advocate for product excellence across the organization
Candidate experience: Desired skills
- A strong academic background is a plus, but the ability to think strategically and execute effectively is what matters most.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leading teams and shipping high-impact products
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing product teams.
- A proven track record in building 0-1 products, owning and executing product strategy throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to go-to-market.
- Strong customer orientation, with experience collaborating directly with CXOs to identify challenges and translate them into tangible product outcomes.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, growth loops, and experimentation frameworks
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence across functions.
- Prior experience in operations/category ownership/P&L collaboration is a plus.
- Strong expertise in defining and tracking product success metrics (NPS, retention, engagement).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, bringing order to chaos in a way that creates value.
