Key Responsibilities

• Web and Social Media Content: Help build and maintain Endeavor Tunisia’s website, blog, as well as executing a social media plan. The associate will be in charge of writing compelling and engaging social media posts/ blogs and supporting the development of inspiring visual concepts.
• Events: The Associate will support Endeavor Tunisia’s team implement professional and marketing events and bring creative ideas to increase Endeavor’s brand awareness within the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Brand Management: Support development and management of marketing initiatives, coordinating and completing project deliverables in collaboration with Endeavor Global MarComm team.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent English
• Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus
• Social media savvy
• Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized and able to balance multiple priorities
• Strong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Soft Skills

• Story teller: You are able to translate data, narratives, and institutional communications into visual stories and creative concepts — coming to life using blog, audio, video, and graphic design
• Writer: You have exceptionally strong English language writing skills
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details: You know how to apply visual identity guidelines with coherence and creativity
