Our team helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.
Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer Intern who will learn how to find top talent for early-stage startups.

What you will do

• Learn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles;
• Support sourcing for tech and non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.);
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to search for candidates;
• Help craft outreach messages and engage with potential candidates;
• Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare shortlists.

About you

• You’re curious about recruitment and startups;
• You enjoy researching, analyzing, and finding the right people;
• You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
• You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn search or other sourcing tools will be a plus.
