Fulcrum Equity Partners seeks an ambitious undergraduate with a strong interest in healthcare and software investing to support deal sourcing and market research efforts. Working closely with all members of the firm’s investment team, the Summer Analyst will play an integral role in driving our proprietary deal sourcing strategy and gain a holistic understanding of venture capital and private equity.

The role is based in Atlanta, GA and has a scheduled start date for the Summer of 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with investment professionals to identify and engage with world-class healthcare and software businesses

• Conduct market research and industry analyses to assist in theses formation and the evaluation of investment opportunities

• Support the corporate development efforts of the Fulcrum portfolio

• Review pitch decks, CIMs, financial statements, and capitalization tables

• Maintain Fulcrum’s technology stack

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior with excellent academic credentials

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Intellectual curiosity and/or passion for healthcare and software

• Demonstrated track record of success and accountability

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines

• Strong judgement, critical thinking, and attention to detail

• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Candidate must be willing to work in person
