On behalf of a growth-stage consumer portfolio company headquartered in Berlin, we are looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a talent acquisition team (2–3 FTE) to achieve ambitious annual hiring targets (50–60 hires per year), with a typical annual role breakdown of:
  • Sales & Business Development (approx. 15% of hires)
  • Marketing & Communications (approx. 11%)
  • Operations (approx. 11%)
  • Technology & Product—covering software engineering, product management, and design (approx. 9%)
  • Additional functions in administration, finance, HR, and customer service
• Personally drive delivery on senior/critical searches, balancing operational and leadership responsibilities
• Build and maintain data-driven recruitment dashboards to optimize hiring performance and efficiency across this diverse pipeline
• Evaluate and improve the current ATS, owning the process to build a business case for either optimisation or transition to a new tool
• Partner with operational leaders to refine hiring processes and drive business outcomes

Ideal Profile

• Experience leading small recruiting teams and scaling hiring in late-stage consumer/retail or similar environments
• Demonstrated success filling both volume and highly specialized roles in marketing, product, and tech functions
• Analytical and data-driven approach to recruiting, adept with dashboarding and HR Tech
• Operates effectively on-premise (Berlin) four days/week
• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
