Identity Ventures is the first LGBTQ+ venture capital impact fund in Europe. There is clear evidence that diverse leadership teams perform better financially and are significantly more innovative. In the U.S., LGBTQ+ venture investing is already successfully established. We are now bringing LGBTQ+ investment to Europe. Our mission is to empower LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. We invest in early stage startups across all sectors primarily in Europe and beyond. The company was founded by ex-BCG consultant, ex-UBS banker and fintech founder Til Klein together with experienced investor and serial entrepreneur Jochen Beutgen. The company is based in Berlin.
