oin our team as a Global Employee Onboarding and Solutions Analyst and play a pivotal role in powering seamless employee experiences worldwide. You’ll oversee end-to-end processing and controls for employee movements, technology and application provisioning, and real estate transitions—while triaging system access issues and supporting GB employees with timely, high-quality service.
As a Global Employee Onboarding and Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for the processing and controls in support of employee movement, technology and application provisioning and real estate moves. The team also support and triage system access issues and providing support to GB employees
The team works closely with respective business managers, senior management and all related support groups (Business Management, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and seamlessly execute end to end white glove onboarding to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Provision technology hardware, applications and market data
- Perform a broad range of operational and control functions such as maintenance of floor plans, recertification of system entitlements and access, execution of real estate moves, manage technology asset capture and provide general white glove trouble shooting support for the business
- Process off boarding, transfers and relocations
- Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required.
- Address performance successes and concerns with Manager-Associates
- Enforce a strong control/ compliance environment and continually identify ways to mitigate risk in the daily work.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Client service mindset. Recognized as a natural leader, coach, mentor and valued partner to all constituents
- Effective interpersonal, communication and influence skills with all organizational levels. Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent judgement, professionalism and maintains confidential information
- Exceptional organization, problem solving and process improvement skills with innovative mindset and adaptable to change
- Highly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through all tasks to ensure closure
- Consistently role modeling the firm’s values and code of conduct
- Focus on controls and mitigating risk factors
- Project management skills to lead an initiative or play a support role on the broader team
- Proactive in change management, looking for new ways to enhance the process
- Strong command of MS office suite of products

TENURE:
