We are looking for an experienced professional to join as Regional Outsourcing Manager at the Associate level, based in São Paulo (Brazil), supporting the region (Latin America, Canada & Bahamas) within the Global Supplier Services organization.
Job responsibilities
- Primary point of contact (intake): Act as the initial point of contact for the business on outsourcing-related questions; structure requests, clarify objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder relationship management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key regional stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor throughout planning and execution.
- Advisory & tailored recommendations: Provide pragmatic, tailored guidance on outsourcing approaches based on stakeholder objectives, constraints, timelines, restrictions, commercials, and risk considerations.
- Transaction management (end-to-end): Lead and coordinate outsourcing engagements from initiation to completion, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver against timelines and quality standards.
- Lifecycle coverage: Support the full engagement lifecycle including new requests, renewals/recertifications, extensions, and material changes, ensuring continuity and appropriate oversight.
- Governance & readiness: Ensure required approvals and governance steps are completed; validate that submissions are complete and high quality and maintain appropriate records of decisions and outcomes.
- Operational execution (as needed): Perform and/or coordinate operational processing activities to progress engagements efficiently, including documentation management, process steps, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Pipeline management & reporting: Manage a pipeline of requests and active engagements; prioritize with stakeholders; track milestones, dependencies, and escalations; provide clear updates and simple metrics.
- Issue management & continuous improvement: Identify issues early, perform root-cause analysis, drive solutions to closure, and improve templates/playbooks and ways of working to reduce rework and increase consistency.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- 5+ years of relevant experience in outsourcing, vendor management, business management, procurement/sourcing, operations/process management, risk/governance, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operationally (detail-oriented processing, follow-through, accuracy) while also partnering strategically with stakeholders (problem framing, optioning, recommendations).
- Strong relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Expert written and verbal English.
- Highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate options, anticipate impacts, and recommend pragmatic paths forward.
- Strong visibility into pipeline status, milestones, and key risks.

- Spanish is a plus.
