Legal Entity Controller - Analyst - Korea

Be the gatekeeper of Korea Securities’ numbers—own reporting, protect integrity, and set the control standard.
As a Legal Entity Controller in Korea Securities Branch, you will be responsible for various financial reporting functions, including but not limited to monthly LEC attestations, various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. You will oversee the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory reporting of Securities branch and partner with the regional controllers to ensure that the Legal Entity Control Standards are applied consistently across the legal entities.
Job Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare securities-related regulatory returns and financial reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Control, Business Management, Operations) to implement new or revised regulatory returns.

Conduct impact and gap analyses to support new regulatory requirements and product rollouts.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Accounting/finance experience with strong technical proficiency and business acumen.
- Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
