We are seeking an outstanding communicator to join the JPMorganChase's Corporate Communications team supporting Human Resources Communications.

As an HR Communications Executive Director within Corporate Communications you will to help tell our story to employees—how we’re helping them make their best life happen—while serving as a force-multiplier to the Head of HR Communications across a large, complex global portfolio. Reporting to the Head of HR Communications, with accountability to the Head of Employee Experience Communications, you will lead integrated campaigns and executive communications; translate benefits, compensation, and regulatory topics into clear, human-centered content; and orchestrate channel, event, and editorial execution that connects employees to what matters most.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that bring our people narrative to life—highlighting how programs, benefits, compensation, and talent initiatives support employees’ goals and well-being.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to senior HR leaders; ghostwrite and edit executive messages, remarks, and narratives that simplify complexity and lead engagement.
  • Manage a large and diverse global portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging and governance across regions, functions, and topics—including regulatory and policy-related communications.
  • Partner closely with Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Legal/Compliance to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of critical updates and lifecycle communications.
  • Co-lead major announcements and firmwide moments (Town Halls, campaigns, program launches) with the Head of HR Comms; stand in for leadership as needed to keep programs moving.
  • Develop content for digital channels, events, and leadership toolkits; coordinate with change partners to align on timing, sequencing, and employee readiness.
  • Apply data and insights to optimize content, channels, and timing—prioritizing reach, comprehension, and action; report regularly on outcomes and improvements.
  • Coach and coordinate a matrixed team of communicators, fostering standards of excellence and rapid execution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 10+ years of communications experience, with strong HR, benefits/compensation, and change communications exposure at scale.
  • Outstanding writer and editor, with proven ability to simplify complex topics and tailor content to diverse global audiences.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders and urgent priorities; strong project and program management skills.
  • Confident counselor to senior leaders; able to provide crisp, actionable guidance under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, highly regulated environment; meticulous about accuracy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing, campaign orchestration, and basic analytics
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and leads clarity, momentum, and results.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with AI-enabled content tools
  • BA/BS preferred in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
