As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Employee Compute, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Drive VDI/remote access roadmap execution: backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning
- Translate requirements and manage delivery: write clear epics/stories; track milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders
- Coordinate VDI/remote access feature rollouts (images, capacity) across dev/UAT/prod, partnering with engineering/ops to meet stability, availability, and performance SLAs
- Ensure VDI/remote access adheres to firm security, access management, data protection, and operational risk standards
- Support control assessments/evidence gathering (including third-party oversight as needed) and maintain runbooks/control documentation.
- Partner with app teams, cybersecurity, and LOB stakeholders to capture VDI/remote access use cases and requirements; gather feedback/usage insights to drive backlog improvements
- Communicate release plans, outages, and key changes to impacted users and stakeholders
- Contribute input to capacity and demand planning for VDI and remote access infrastructure and associated cost models.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure engineering, within a complex enterprise
Familiarity with core VDI concepts (e.g., virtual desktops vs. published apps, image management, profiles, application virtualization, performance and capacity basics)
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models (e.g., managing backlogs, sprints, releases)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and delivery quality
Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines in a large, regulated financial institution environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Direct exposure to VDI technologies and ecosystems (e.g., Citrix, Omnissa Horizon)
Experience with large-scale end-user computing, desktop engineering, or infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
Familiarity with operational risk, controls, and third-party oversight concepts used in JPMorganChase technology and supplier governance
Industry certifications in project management, product management, or relevant infrastructure technologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum, or vendor-specific VDI certifications)
