As a Senior Associate, Card Experiential Product Strategy in Lifestyle, you will support the strategic development, vision, and implementation of customer benefits and partnerships across the year. You translate insights into clear plans for cultural tentpoles and always‑on programs. You partner across product, marketing, and agency teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centered experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a core experiential strategy aligned to card and firm objectives.
- Translate insights into plans for cultural tentpoles and always‑on programs.
- Communicate the strategic roadmap; secure alignment on priorities and execution.
- Create presentation materials for partners, events, and benefit initiatives.
- Collaborate across the card portfolio, internal teams, and agency partners to activate with operational excellence.
- Evaluate profit and loss and benefit economics to inform prioritization and partnerships.
- Use customer, performance, and competitive insights to shape offerings.
- Lead working sessions; prepare analyses that guide leadership decisions.
- Create executive‑ready communications and present recommendations to senior leaders.
- Anticipate bottlenecks; assess and mitigate risks to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain a customer‑first approach across planning and activation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years in strategy or experiential roles within complex, dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to partner across levels and teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; clear storytelling with common presentation tools.
- Proven ability to identify issues and resolve them with urgency; collaborative team player.
- Project‑management skills; able to define roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting with stakeholders.
- Flexible and organized; comfortable managing multiple changing priorities with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strategy experience with strong, end‑to‑end problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in events; knowledge of brand activations, tentpoles, and cultural experiences.
- Knowledge of loyalty, rewards, and membership programs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
