Make an immediate impact by managing third-party engagement onboarding and ongoing oversight across the firm. You will help ensure consistent governance, transparent execution, and reliable reporting that supports policy and regulatory expectations.

As a Third Party Oversight Engagement Broker - Associate in Global Supplier Services, you will support firmwide third-party oversight and governance by onboarding and maintaining supplier engagements and enabling consistent monitoring of third-party activity. You will work in a fast-paced, highly partnered operating environment to sustain end-to-end engagement oversight processes, performance metrics, and clear engagement-level transparency.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain third-party oversight processes and tools on behalf of delivery managers, portfolio managers, and executive sponsors.
  • Sustain end-to-end third-party oversight program duties with engagement-level transparency, including governance routines, tool usage, key performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Provide subject matter guidance to line-of-business contacts, sourcing contacts, and regulatory compliance partners.
  • Ensure adherence to business objectives, third-party oversight policy expectations, and applicable regulatory guidance.
  • Drive workflow efficiency and timeliness for onboarding, extensions, amendments, and recertification activities.
  • Manage a pipeline of third-party supplier engagements, including follow-up and escalation to maintain program compliance.
  • Produce engagement status reporting through system research, program tools, and standardized reports.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience in operations, oversight and control, vendor management, portfolio/project management, or related roles, with demonstrated delivery outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of corporate sourcing practices and third-party oversight program systems and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with frequent cross-functional engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing a steady-state engagement pipeline to defined service levels.
  • Strong collaboration and team-first mindset, with a track record of contributing to shared outcomes.
  • Ability to partner closely with sourcing, legal, compliance, audit, and other control functions to support coordinated execution.
  • Strong business analysis skills to support efficient, accurate, and objective decision-making.
  • Comfort navigating multiple applications simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Undergraduate degree, with preference for advanced degree and/or relevant certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including producing clear status reporting for varied stakeholders.
  • Strong business judgment, including proactive monitoring, issue identification, and root-cause analysis to drive solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing meetings and priorities efficiently.
