Join J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s Content team and help power a newsroom-style operation that delivers timely market insights and education to clients and the public.
As a Content Associate, you will serve as the operational engine behind our written and multi-media content—project managing workflows, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and distributing content across web, SEO, email, newsletters, and advisor communications. You will help ensure content is published accurately, on time, and in line with legal, compliance, and controls requirements.
Job responsibilities
- Distribute a variety of multi-media content, including web-based articles, emails, newsletters, and related communications.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (editorial, marketing, product, technology, and communications) to deliver content at high velocity and with fast turnaround times.
- Develop, manage, and optimize workflows and processes to improve content delivery across multiple distribution points and channels.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and controls stakeholders to help ensure content meets applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Leverage relevant materials from across J.P. Morgan lines of business to deliver timely, client-relevant content.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring published and distributed content is accurate, current, and consistent across channels.
- Support additional content operations and special projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a newsroom, communications, business news media, or marketing environment.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a matrixed organization.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Sound judgment with the ability to identify, flag, and escalate potential risks.
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and articulate content effectiveness.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Airtable).
- Genuine interest in financial markets and personal finance.
- Customer-first mindset, strong collaboration skills, and positive, high-initiative approach.
