As a Network Associate within the Network Management team, you support Network Managers in agent bank oversight, market information updates, and legal documentation management. You coordinate information requests, assist with market developments, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations. You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to process improvements and supporting ad hoc projects across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Network Managers in closing agent bank oversight actions.
- Coordinate information requests from lines of business and relevant areas.
- Assist Network Managers in creating Newsflashes about market developments.
- Support periodic reviews and updates of market information.
- Manage changes to agent banks and ensure timely, accurate updates.
- Maintain agent bank contact information and handle related inquiries.
- Coordinate signing of approved legal documents and fee schedules.
- Maintain the legal documentation repository, including updates for new and terminated documents.
- Assist with preparation of agent bank senior briefing memos.
- Participate in ad hoc projects for Network Management and business lines.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and functional partners.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Bring at least 5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and expertise in risk assessment.
- Operate as a strong team player, building relationships with Product, Operations, and Business partners.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver on tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and LLM; apply Alteryx or Tableau skills
