Join our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Hub within the Corporate & Investment Bank Payments business and help promote innovation in Trade and Working Capital solutions, shaping cutting-edge financing offerings for our global clients.
As a Team Leader in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Hub, you will support supplier onboarding, process improvement and product control, working closely with Sales, Product and Program Management teams to deliver value and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supplier enrollment and lifecycle in SCF systems, including coordination with internal teams.
- Partner with Program Managers and Sales to identify new SCF opportunities and oversee onboarding and ongoing administration.
- Implement and monitor controls such as entity validation, sanctions screening, and governance processes.
- Escalate issues and coordinate with Product, Legal, and Program teams to resolve blockers.
- Automate and streamline SCF processes, participate in technology releases, and support testing activities.
- Maintain regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Financial Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (10 am to 9 pm shifts)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Self-starter with creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, LLM or Copilot.
- Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
