As a Senior Associate in the Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) Metrics Governance Solutions team, you collaborate with business and technology partners to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen reporting controls, and drive standardized analytics across Compliance. You have the opportunity to scale data-driven insights and support critical initiatives. Job responsibilities:
- Support strategic priorities including Centralized Metrics Store product enablement, dashboard standardization, rules performance monitoring, and resilience coverage for critical reporting and investigations
- Partner with Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and define business rules, KPI logic, and reporting specifications across operational and control metrics
- Design and deliver automated solutions, reusable reports, and standardized analytics for audiences from front-line operations to executives
- Develop, support, and schedule database query programs and reporting assets within controlled reporting infrastructure
- Perform data preparation and reporting tasks such as normalizing, aggregating, segmenting, and validating data using database query languages and desktop database tools
- Build and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and production KPI reporting, including rules performance monitoring and trend analysis
- Identify, document, and track process issues and risks, supporting remediation plans and reporting/control health
- Partner with Technology teams to support enhancements to case management and reporting platforms, assisting with validation to ensure changes are complete and effective
- Maintain documentation and provide operational backup to ensure continuity across scripts, dashboards, extracts, and urgent reporting needs
- Leverage and support end-user reporting tools as needed, including Tableau, Business Objects, and SharePoint
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or metric reporting roles with significant data exposure
- Advanced proficiency with Tableau and SQL
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of data concepts such as measures, dimensions, KPI definition, and data normalization
- Comfort working with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business questions into clear metrics, repeatable reporting, and actionable insights
- Experience improving processes through automation and standardization
- Ability to operate effectively in a controlled reporting environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience supporting Compliance or case management operations, including documentation of escalation and disposition workflows
- Experience with advanced Excel automation, including macros and VBA
- Experience maintaining production scripts or scheduled jobs
