  • Technical / Regulatory Knowledge Requirements

    • Technical capability and experience in the application of fair valuation principles and valuation approaches and model challenge, including DCF, market/transaction comps, cost approach, enterprise valuation, and waterfall allocations.

    • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework and expectations impacting valuation and oversight, including AIFMD and CSSF requirements and circulars (and related regulatory developments).

    • Strong controls mindset across valuation governance, NAV oversight, and audit and regulatory readiness.

  • Required Skills

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex topics on valuations, operating models, etc. into clear conclusions and actions for senior stakeholders.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present effectively to governance bodies and executive audiences.

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
