As an Analyst or Associate in the Securities Services Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), assist in the development and execution of our AI/ML strategy and governance. Collaborate across business areas, operations, quantitative research, data science, and technology teams, to define and deliver a scalable data and AI platform. This role is responsible for executing the strategic data adoption and AI/ML agenda globally, driving innovation, and advancing our digital agenda through data, analytics, and AI/ML.
Job responsibilities
- Drive the development and delivery of our strategic AI/ML platform.
- Collaborate with senior business and functional leaders to identify, and define business requirements, prioritize critical data and AI/ML needs, ensuring effective governance and integration.
- Design and deliver products by integrating data into conversational analytics platforms for business sponsored use cases
- Oversee the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
- Work closely with the CIB CDAO and CDAO teams to monitor industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify AI/ML opportunities to transform business processes and scale Custody, Fund Accounting, and Trading Services products.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to enhance data understanding and quality.
- Lead the creation and implementation of processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection, retention, and quality.
- Deliver data and AI/ML strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute critical projects.
- Drive data and AI/ML governance and risk management efforts, providing subject matter expertise and driving collaboration across functions.
- Drive Agentic AI Solutions for Business Use Case by identifying opportunities to deploy agentic AI (autonomous, workflow-driven AI) in operational and business processes.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI solutions that automate, optimize, and scale business and operational workflows. Monitor agentic AI performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement for business impact.

- Support the AI/ML Design Authority (DA) by assisting in reviewing and validating AI/ML solution designs for compliance with internal standards , design principles and best practices.
- Help coordinate DA design reviews, documentation, and approvals for new AI/ML models and enhancements
- Facilitate communication between product teams and the Design Authority to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Financial services industry domain expertise at large global organizations.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory and control landscape and its impact on strategy and delivery.
- Self-starter and detail oriented
- Experience and track record in delivering products from ideation to production
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in productionizing AI solutions for business adoption
- Experience with AI technologies and understanding evaluation processes with AI/ML tooling
- Demonstrable track record in delivering scalable AI solutions
- Background in program management for quant projects
- Knowledge and understanding of data governance and controls.
- Experience with or knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence applications in a business context. Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related discipline; Computer science degree is a plus.
