As a Transaction Processing Team Leader in Market Operations, you will manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities. You will lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with business standards. You will build strong relationships across internal teams while driving operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by reviewing deal bookings and reporting.
- Review and escalate unissued or unexecuted documents promptly.
- Drive efficiency in processes and educate Middle Office on booking practices.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with Middle Office, Front Office, and internal counterparts.
- Investigate and resolve issues in accordance with business standards.
- Review and improve end-to-end regulatory reporting for multiple lines of business.
- Prepare weekly MIS and monthly control packs for Senior Management.
- Analyze management information and report trends and spikes.
- Participate in testing for system enhancements, project implementation, and new business initiatives.
- Identify control gaps and suggest improvement ideas for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete all controls and OTM checklist at End of Day.

- Leverage prior experience in MiFID reporting.

- Analyze complex product coverage efficiently.
- Develop awareness of operational and control risks in trading operations.
