About The Role
This is an early-career role for someone who wants real ownership, fast. You will be the central point of contact for Allo Health's T2 city clinic network, working out of Bangalore but responsible for the performance of clinics across Nagpur, Nashik, Ranchi, Mangaluru, Hubli, and expanding markets in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.
You will not be a support function. You will own how these cities perform, track what is working and what is not, and drive resolution when things go wrong. Some cities will be managed virtually. Some will require you on the ground. You will have to be ready for both.
If you want to spend your first two years of your career learning what it actually takes to run a multi-city healthcare operation, this is that role.
What You Will Do

Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience. Background in business, operations, healthcare management, or anything that required you to manage moving pieces across different contexts.
More important than your degree or prior role is how you think and operate. We are looking for:

Location: Bangalore, with regular travel to T2 cities across India.

About The Role
This is an early-career role for someone who wants real ownership, fast. What You Will Do
Own T2 City Performance
- Track revenue, conversion, and operational health metrics across all T2 clinics on a daily and weekly basis.
- Identify drops or anomalies early, diagnose the root cause, and drive resolution without waiting to be asked.
- Work closely with PRMs and doctors at each clinic to improve how they operate, not just report on what they do.
- Work with PRMs and doctors as a central coordinator, not a direct manager. You influence through clarity, follow-through, and relationships.
- Escalate the right things to the right people. Know when to flag versus when to solve.
- Keep the Revenue Strategy and Operations team informed with clean, structured updates so decisions can be made quickly.
- As Allo Health enters new T2 markets, help set up clinic operations from the ground, including vendor coordination and process rollout.
- Build systems and checklists that make the next city faster to launch than the last.

- Clear communicator, especially in writing. You can summarise a complex situation in five lines.
- You want a role where your scope is fully defined before you start.
- You are not comfortable traveling or working across multiple cities data simultaneously.
- You prefer to work on one thing at a time in a stable, predictable environment.
