This position offers a unique chance to work on IT initiatives that typically get deprioritized in day-to-day operations. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative approaches to service management, asset tracking, and knowledge sharing - the important projects that often don't make the cut when teams are focused on keeping systems running.

## Service Catalogue & Data Analytics

- Build a comprehensive service catalogue from scratch

- Analyze ticket patterns to understand actual vs. perceived service needs

- Create data visualizations that tell the story of IT service consumption

- Design metrics that matter for service improvement

- Map the gap between what users request and what they actually need

## IT Asset Management Evolution

- Support enhancement of in-house ITAM tool

- Explore modern approaches to asset lifecycle management

- Research and test new methods for asset tracking and reporting

- Work with IT Asset Manager to implement best practices

- Document processes that often go undocumented

## Knowledge Platform Development

- Build the SharePoint site "we've always wanted but never had time for"

- Create a true single source of truth for IT information

- Design intuitive navigation and self-service resources

- Develop creative ways to share technical knowledge

- Make documentation actually useful and accessible

## Innovation Sandbox

- Identify and pilot automation opportunities

- Explore tools and technologies we've been curious about

- Test new approaches to old problems

- Build proof-of-concepts for service improvements

- Research emerging trends in IT service delivery
