Provide high-quality analytical support across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles for Development and Construction leads, including accruals and variance analysis;
Proactively identify risks, flag inconsistencies, and raise substantive questions; and
Raise the analytical floor of the team by sharing knowledge, modeling best practices, and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning/Development, Finance, Economics, or Commerce;
Exposure (1+ years including internships) to real estate development, investments, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or professional advisory;
A CFA, CPA, or other professional designation in progress is valued, not required;
