This position supports the strategic priorities of the HR function through a range of initiatives, including governance of internal HR channels, annual planning and calendaring, and partnering on the development of key HR governance materials (e.g., HR Divisional Scorecard, Year end assessments, etc.). These priorities are achieved through a strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities for stakeholders of all workforce levels, and strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Accountable for partnering with HR COEs for accuracy of critical departmental documents (e.g., HR Calendar, People Portal, etc.) and respond timely to inquiries (e.g., HR Inbox, People portal questions, etc.)

Project Work / Project Management

  • Leading or supporting projects that drive the evolution of the HR planning and overall HR function (e.g., HR Strategy development, HR Roadmaps, HR SP & People Portal Data Governance)

Planning & Governance

  • Leading or supporting the delivery of key governance and planning documentation for the department (e.g., HRC Board Materials, year-end materials – divisional scorecard development and assessment, CHRO year-end materials, etc.)
  • Maintaining knowledge of current best practices in planning, strategy, and market trends that could impact our strategic direction / strategic planning / departmental priorities

Training / Upskilling

  • Empowering HR team members with knowledge and skills related to best practices and/or HR’s approach to planning, data and records management, and SharePoint (e.g., training to add content to people portal, update HR calendar, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience in an HR and/or Program administration role, with preference for experience in strategic planning, project management, and/or board governance
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Experience with SharePoint, preferred
  • Proven track record of project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail, and ability to think independently and innovate
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • Ability to scale messaging and materials to various audiences from junior level to senior executive, preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year.
