The Director, Transformation will manage initiatives to transform Investment Finance and Operations, driving strategic change initiatives that reshape operating models, enhance front-to-back processes, and deliver measurable enterprise value.
Reporting to the SVP, Portfolio Solutions and Change, this role is accountable for translating strategy into execution— aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities across the investment lifecycle.
The Director will act as a senior transformation leader and operator, working across business, finance, technology, and operations to deliver sustained organizational change, improved performance, and long-term scalability.

Transformation Strategy & Execution
Execute initiatives and have responsibilities for the design, execution, and continuous evolution of the IFO transformation roadmap, aligned to enterprise strategic priorities.
Translate high-level strategy into integrated transformation plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure transformation initiatives are value-driven, with clear linkage to business performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Embed transformation disciplines (change, program delivery, governance, risk) across initiatives to ensure consistency and control.
Functional Transformation Leadership
Provide end-to-end leadership across major transformation programs, ensuring alignment across business, technology, data, and operations.
Drive front-to-back process optimization and integration, enhancing the investment management lifecycle.
Lead resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks, and design decisions impacting transformation success.
Act as a key decision-making authority within the transformation governance framework.
Target Operating Model (TOM) & Organizational Design
Manage initiatives for the creation and implementation of a standardized Target Operating Model, including “As Is” diagnostics, future-state architecture, and transition planning.
Ensure TOM design aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory considerations, and operational scalability.
Lead organizational design, role definition, and capability mapping required to support the future-state model.
Oversee staged implementation and adoption of new structures, processes, and ways of working.
Oversee the business process analysis and documentation of IFO processes ensuring alignment to Target Operating Model and IFO service model.
Stakeholder Leadership & Strategic Influence
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and program sponsors, influencing key transformation decisions.
Drive alignment across business units, ensuring shared ownership and accountability for transformation outcomes.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across investment teams, corporate functions, and technology.
Lead executive-level communications, including progress updates, risks, and performance insights.
Transformation Governance, Risk & Value Realization
Establish and oversee robust governance frameworks, ensuring effective decision-making and accountability.
Monitor transformation progress through KPIs, milestones, and value realization metrics.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, interdependencies, and delivery challenges.
Ensure initiatives deliver sustainable benefits and measurable business outcomes.
Bring deep experience of investment management lifecycle to refine and enhance the Aladdin centric operating model.
Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and scale a high-performing, multi-disciplinary transformation team (PMs, BAs, change practitioners).
Build enterprise capability in transformation delivery, including tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation across the organization.
Mentor and develop leaders across transformation workstreams.
Experience
15+ years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise transformation programs within complex financial institutions.
Proven experience delivering front-to-back transformation across investment, finance, or operations functions.
Strong track record in Target Operating Model design, organizational transformation, and program delivery.
Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive level, influencing strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in enterprise transformation, change management, and program delivery frameworks
Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and value realization
Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle and supporting platforms
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or transformation/change certifications (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) preferred
Experience with business process reengineering (Lean/Six Sigma) highly desirable
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly complex environment
