We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking an Intern for our programs in Sao Paolo who is a motivated, passionate, pro-active student with an entrepreneurial spirit. This person is interested in startups and new technology ecosystems and wants to develop business analysis skills.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As an intern, you will be able to learn and collaborate with different teams and technologies. We are looking for driven, bright and well-connected individuals to join our team through our elite internship program with a potential to convert into a full-time position upon your performance. You will help with a variety of business functions including research and developments, programming of events, business development efforts, due diligence on startups, and sourcing.
This role will require you to work closely with your sales and new business team and assist with:
- Source, qualify, sort, and track leads
- Research and track key industry trends and competitive products
- Support vertical leads
- Scheduling meetings with leads, and corporate partners, and facilitate those meetings
- Work with our program management team to organize mentor sessions, office hour activities and develop relevant content for corporate partners during program life cycle
- Support program manager during the events on logistic, hosting, and space organization
- Work with sales manager and ventures team to collect internal data, organize and prepare reports for service quality monitoring and improvement
- Additional operational or administrative work for Plug and Play Sales as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree
- Proficient in English language
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Career driven individual with a passion for technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, sales and new business development
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong professionalism in the workplace
- Strong Office Suites (G Suite) and other technical skills
