Role Purpose
We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cross-functional workflow improvement initiatives across the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering and AI Solutions, this role combines business analysis, structured project delivery, and operational execution. The focus is on diagnosing inefficiencies, defining requirements, coordinating implementation of technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring measurable operational impact.
This is a delivery-oriented role with clear accountability for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Process Design
- Lead end-to-end process discovery across departments
- Conduct structured workflow analysis (current state / future state)
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution specifications
- Design optimized processes supported by digital tools and automation
2. Project Management & Implementation
- Own delivery of prioritized operational initiatives from scoping to rollout
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- Define timelines, milestones, and success criteria
- Manage risks, dependencies, and execution blockers
- Ensure solutions transition from pilot to embedded operational workflows
3. Change Management & Adoption
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Support onboarding and training for new workflows
- Ensure sustained adoption and recurring usage
- Align stakeholders and drive accountability across teams
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define KPIs with business owners
- Measure time savings, cost reduction, quality improvement, or risk mitigation
- Produce structured reporting for leadership
- Ensure initiatives deliver quantifiable operational impact
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or professional certifications in project management, business analysis, or process improvement are a plus.
Profile
We are looking for a professional who:
- Has experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Operations Lead
- Has experience improving operational processes in fast-paced, innovation-oriented organizations
- Is comfortable gathering requirements and structuring ambiguous problems
- Demonstrates a strong, ongoing curiosity for emerging technologies and innovative solutions
- Has exposure to AI-enabled tools embedded in business workflows
- Is familiar with LLM-based solutions (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) in operational contexts
- Is execution-driven, structured, and outcome-focused
- Is comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Communicates clearly in written and verbal formats
