We work with corporations, governments, institutions, and ecosystems that believe innovation is a structural capability to be built. Our work sits at the intersection of innovation strategy, organizational design, and ecosystem building. We help large organizations rethink how they innovate, set up innovation engines from scratch, and connect them with startups, technologies, and global ecosystems to create real impact.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Innovation Strategy & Capability Building

• Analyze trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in innovation and
ecosystem building. Turn research into actionable insights that inform strategy, design,
and execution.
• Design and implement innovation strategies for large corporations and institutions.
• Contribute to internal methodologies, frameworks, and points of view.
• Support the setup and scaling of innovation functions, venture-client programs, and
innovation governance models.
• Co-create with clients combining strategic thinking, service design, and pragmatic
execution.
• Work on operating models, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution frameworks that make
innovation actionable.

Ecosystem & Platform Building
• Contribute to the design and launch of startup ecosystems, innovation platforms, and
open innovation hubs worldwide.
• Map and activate ecosystems: startups, corporates, investors, universities, public
institutions, and technology partners.
• Support the creation of global innovation platforms that connect local ecosystems with
international opportunities.
• Work on projects where innovation meets economic development, sustainability, and
systemic change.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• You are curious, sharp, and hands-on. You likely bring:
• Experience in innovation consulting, corporate innovation, ecosystem building,
venture building, or adjacent fields.
• Strong exposure to Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, and modern innovation
methodologies.
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, accountable, and impact-driven.

• Global mindset – you are comfortable working across cultures and geographies.
• High willingness to travel – this role involves frequent international projects.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus).
• Based in Valencia or willing to relocate.
• You enjoy working in a high-trust, high-ownership environment with senior leaders.
