• Reviewing business plans and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities
• Presenting and championing investment opportunities
• Developing expertise across redalpine's investment sectors
• Supporting the team in administrative tasks and portfolio reporting
• Representing redalpine and strengthening our network

• MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or a related STEM discipline from a top tier university
• Excellent academic track record and demonstrated self-starter mindset
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem
• Demonstrated passion for healthcare, life sciences and DeepTech in a wider sense
• Open-minded, communicative and outgoing team player
• Applicants must have a valid work permit for Switzerland or be eligible to work in Switzerland at the time of application
• Fluency in English; Proficiency in German is a plus
