What You’ll Do • 🔥 Chase Global Deal Flow – Hunt down the best startups (pre-seed to Series A), size them up, and help close. • 💸 Run the Numbers – Build the models, cut through the noise, and translate messy business strategies into sharp investment decisions. • 🔎 Dig Deep – Lead due diligence like a detective: market research, competitor mapping, financials. • 🤝 Build Relationships – Become the go-to for founders, co-investors, and stakeholders across the VC ecosystem. • 🎤 Be Client-Facing – Work side by side with partners and investors, shaping updates, presentations, and deal sourcing strategies. • 📈 Back Our Founders – Track portfolio performance, drop real insights, and help founders scale smarter and faster. • 🚀 Fuel the Future – Contribute to the growth of future funds, setting the stage for bigger plays.

Who You Are • 3–5 years deep in venture, finance, IB, or adjacent hustle. • Fluent in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis. • Street-smart about startups, ideally across consumer, media, music, sports, real estate, or tech. • Killer communicator: you can break down complex ideas and win people over. • Hyper-organized and thrive under pressure - chaos is your natural habitat. • Energized by client-facing work, deal-making, and relationship-building. • Resilient: long hours don’t scare you, but excitement drives you. • Obsessed with startups, innovation, and making your mark in VC.
