Roles & Responsibilities:- Help founders with sourcing, recruiting, and designing compensation strategies to close top candidates.- Lead hiring for Soma (internal team) across operations and investing.- Build and manage recruiting systems/tools and robust internal pipelines.- Support portfolio hiring in a scalable way. Qualifications:- 5–10+ years recruiting experience at a startup or scaling company.- Excellent sourcing skills and strong talent network.- Process ownership and ability to run end-to-end recruiting.
