The role has a strong product management, project management and execution focus, with exposure to investor relations activities. The successful candidate will take ownership of defined areas of the evergreen product platform and independently drive projects and initiatives from inception through implementation. The position is well suited to a mid-level professional who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership and driving projects forward. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of investment products with project management capabilities, attention to detail and an interest in operational processes and marketing-related topics.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of defined product management and investor relations responsibilities for Private Debt Evergreen products, supporting the products across their lifecycle and serving as a central point of coordination for relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Own key product-related materials and information, ensuring that product documentation, data and client-facing materials remain accurate, consistent and up to date in collaboration with the relevant specialist teams, including the monthly update and distribution of marketing presentations and fact cards.
  • Contribute to the international distribution and operational framework for the evergreen products, working closely with relevant teams and stakeholders across different markets, including on recurring processes such as fee payments and lock-up tracking.
  • Manage and coordinate product-related initiatives independently, establishing timelines, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking deliverables and proactively driving issues toward resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across evergreen product-related activities, with a particular focus on efficiency, scalability, controls and reliability.
  • Coordinate interns and other support resources contributing to product-related projects and recurring processes, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely completion of work.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in private debt/private markets, investment product management or a related field.
  • Good understanding of private debt and investment products; experience with evergreen structures is a plus.
  • Strong product and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively across different audiences.
  • Strong interest in operational processes, process improvement and marketing-related topics.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, processes and quality of output.
  • CFA, CAIA or similar professional qualifications are a plus.
