What We Do Systemiq orchestrates system change in clean energy, circular material solutions, and sustainable land use. This involves re-imagining industries, re-configuring the energy world, and regenerating ecosystems to address systemic failures, unlocking economic opportunities that benefit business, society, and the environment.
As a People Team Assistant, you’ll be focusing on:
- Managing changes to employment contracts for the European offices, e.g. change to hours, contract extensions.
- Organize and manage the Onboarding process across Europe (communicate Onboarding plan with the new hire and relevant stakeholders, schedule diary invites, deliver induction presentations, probation tracking).
- Primary point of contact for Netherlands, France and Germany e.g. leave of absence, benefits, employee files, reference letters, inbound international relocations.
- Maintain HRIS data for our Europeans offices.
- Provide reporting as requested by internal stakeholders.
- Manage leavers process for the European offices, including exit interviews.
- Assist with monthly payroll processes for the European offices.
- Work with the wider People Team on ad-hoc projects when needed.
What we expect from you:
- Demonstrable previous experience in providing support on people related topics within EU: Germany, the Netherlands and France, preferred
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- An approach oriented towards building partnerships across the organisation, therefore we ask you to demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in spoken and written English
