This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the TNB Aura Funds Management Operations
• Proactive management, monitoring, and responsibility for the external service provider relationships

Portfolio Management

• Maintaining IRR fund modelling and gross asset tracking schedules as part of the monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
• Assist with monitoring and forecasting fund liquidity requirements to ensure sufficient cash across all fund entities and structures to meet future liabilities.
• Assist with fundraising activities by preparing DDQs and assisting the IR team with responses to portfolio-specific queries from prospective and existing investors.
• Fund tracking management on a quarterly basis

Fund Operations

• Managing TNB Aura Funds Management Operations team
• Managing and updating TNB Aura Funds Management Operations systems
• Manage administrators and ongoing correspondence with custodians
• Monitoring our funds against fund guidelines and IMA
• Manage application and redemption process
• Managing fund pricing and fund auditing

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics from a top-tier school
• 1 or 2 years of professional experience in a venture capital environment
• Strong analytical, financial analysis skills, with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team context
• Attention to detail, thorough and organised
• Ability to identify key drivers of business models and clarify ambiguity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to cope with the pressure that comes with the start-up culture
