Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will support Recruiters and HRBPs in handling coordination of interviews and support of daily generalist responsibilities.

  • Support Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
  • Provide administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives
  • Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other internal trackers
  • Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
  • Participate in On Campus Recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Workday experience preferred

Anticipated annual base salary range is $60,000-$85,000 plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
