| The Role We’re now seeking an experienced People Leader to develop and empower our People team, driving the delivery of high-impact HR initiatives and an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll lead day-to-day People operations, mentor team members, and ensure our people practices are aligned with business goals This key role will drive the direction for a high-performing People team, ensuring our people strategies and processes enable business performance and reflect our culture and values. |
