The Function

At Triple Point, our People Team plays a central role in shaping a high-performing, values-driven culture. We partner with leaders and employees to make every stage of the employee journey impactful from attracting and onboarding exceptional talent to enabling career growth and embedding our High-Performance Framework. The Role

We’re now seeking an experienced People Leader to develop and empower our People team, driving the delivery of high-impact HR initiatives and an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll lead day-to-day People operations, mentor team members, and ensure our people practices are aligned with business goals

This key role will drive the direction for a high-performing People team, ensuring our people strategies and processes enable business performance and reflect our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People team, fostering curiosity, collaboration, and ownership.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into actionable people plans that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs, build capability, and enable organisational growth.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across all people practices.

People Operations

  • Develop and oversee HR systems and metrics to provide robust data insights and management information (MI) to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution of core HR processes, employee records, system data integrity, and compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant, current, and clearly communicated.
  • Act as a thought partner on the future of work to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the employee journey through automation, AI, and streamlined processes.
  • Continually leverage technology to improve operational efficiency while safeguarding thoughtful human judgment and accountability.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the rollout of key People initiatives such as performance reviews, continuous feedback, career development, onboarding.
  • Support learning & development initiatives, including leadership training and career pathing.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed our High-Performance culture and support business transformation.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous feedback.
  • Monitor employee sentiment through surveys, stay interviews, and exit interviews to inform the people strategy

Knowledge & Experience

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 3 years managing or leading a team.
  • Strong data and MI reporting capability with a data driven approach.
  • Proven success delivering operational excellence and strategic impact across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and people analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR systems, delivering operational excellence and data integrity.
  • Ideally from a professional services/regulated environment.
  • Proficient in excel and managing data integrity.
