Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate post-investment activities across the portfolio from a portfolio management perspective.
  • Build and maintain a structured portfolio management framework to track operating performance, key metrics, and milestone progress of portfolio companies.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operating and financial data from portfolio companies, maintaining portfolio-level tracking dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain regular, structured communication with the investment team, collecting timely updates on portfolio performance, key developments, and potential risks.
  • Support post-investment value creation initiatives, including operational support, resource coordination, and preparation for follow-on financing.
  • Assist with post-investment compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance matters, helping portfolio companies improve operational discipline and reporting standards.
  • Maintain portfolio databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in portfolio management, investment, consulting, financial analysis, or operational roles.
  • Strong portfolio management and project management capabilities, with the ability to track multiple portfolio companies simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data processing, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
  • Strong research and information-gathering skills, with the ability to synthesize company, industry, and market data efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and key operating metrics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with investment teams, founders, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work bilingually in English and Chinese.
