Voy is recruiting for a Partner-level investor opportunity within an established global investment platform operating at the intersection of venture capital and corporate strategy.

As Managing Director, you will lead investments end-to-end — from sourcing through execution and portfolio involvement — while working directly with corporate partners on investment themes and strategic priorities. The role combines hands-on investing with the ability to influence how capital is deployed, as well as shape the direction and growth of a multi-fund investment platform.

The platform is well-capitalized and actively investing, with an existing portfolio and long-standing corporate relationships. It is particularly active across the U.S. and Japan. This role offers the opportunity to operate with real autonomy at a senior level, drive investment decisions, and have real influence in shaping the overall investment platform.

Requirements:

• 15–25 years of experience, including 10+ years in venture capital, corporate venture, private equity, or adjacent investing roles
• Demonstrated track record of leading investments and supporting portfolio companies
• Experience working with senior stakeholders; board-level exposure is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Experience in sectors such as mobility, automotive, manufacturing, fintech, SaaS, or related areas
• Technical or STEM backgrounds are a plus
