A California-based, Am Law 200-ranked law firm built around real estate since its founding is seeking a Partner for its transactional real estate practice. The group covers acquisitions and dispositions, borrower- and lender-side financing, leasing, and joint ventures across multiple California offices.

We are seeking candidates specializing in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance (borrower or lender side), commercial leasing, or joint venture and fund formation work, ideally with exposure across more than one of these areas.

This position can be based in LA, the Bay Area, OC, or San Diego.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California bar admission
• 12+ years of real estate transactional experience, with partner-level standing at a comparable firm
• Demonstrated experience across at least two of: acquisitions/dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, or joint ventures
• Established or transferable client relationships
• Comfortable working within a real estate-focused platform rather than a broader general practice
